- 摘要
- This article proposes urban communication as a tool for analysis and cultural transformation of cities. It suggests that urban communications allow reaching inclusion processes at a relational level through (re) configuring shared imaginaries and empathic experiences related to functional diversity or disability. First, the notion of disability is presented as a problem of perspective, to then address the imaginary about disability that can be perceived in cities. In a third moment, the corresponding relations between accessibility, inclusion and public space are established. Finally, it is exposed the way urban communication would fulfill the purpose of including socio-culturally the persons in condition of disability in the life of the cities.
